- We gain an understanding of their needs and objectives, aligned to the company’s culture, policies and procedures, at the outset of each engagement and become an integral part of each company's recruitment process, tailoring our services and negotiating terms accordingly.
- We are experts at finding the exact type of individuals you need quickly, from Operational support personnel through to COO / Director level personnel.
- We filter applicants down to a number that most closely match the hiring manager’s definition of the role in question.
- We interview each person selected to further filter the applicants down to those best suited to meet the client and fulfil the role.
- We profile each proposed applicant and present the profiles to the hiring manager. We prepare the candidates for meeting with the clients and manage the placement process.
- We maintain contact with each placement and mentor them in their new roles.
- We stay in active contact with our hiring managers and seek continuous feedback.
